letter from the President
Many thanks to our Ogle PTA Web Master and Facebook Expert on updating our look and feel for 2016-2017; and incorporating our 10th Anniversary Celebration Logo!!
Thank you parents and families for showing up in a GRAND way for Ogle's Ice Cream Social on 8.11.2016! Principal Pope, we truly enjoyed the Pep Rally this year, and can't wait for even more fun teacher and staff talent throughout the year. As well as braving the flood warnings on 8.19.2016 to come out and meet all of our amazing teachers - 57 parents & teachers joined your Ogle PTA & purchased Carnival tickets (2 for the price of 1) on Meet the Teacher Night! We have a pretty AWESOME Ogle Family!!
2016-2017 is our second Superhero Year, and the Ogle PTA is super-fueled to make this one of our best years ever. With the CommYOUnity's help, our 10 Year Anniversary Carnival will be a huge success! Thank you to Tracie Byrd, PTA Treasurer & Carnival Chairperson, who has worked tirelessly and diligently this summer and semester, to ensure a top-notch event and enjoyment for all!
We are excited about the programs being planned, and are looking forward to having outstanding attendance for the PTA General Body Meetings prior to each Student Grade Performance this year. Thank you for every individual parent member this year!! Your membership = a powerful voice for education & technology access; student and teacher resources within our district, county, region, state and nation; and our (your local PTA's) ability to provide superior programs, activities and events for the students and entire Ogle Family.
Our Amazing Volunteers will be the best of any talented, excited, willing to serve group of volunteers in the district: Committee Members/Helpers, Watch D.O.G.S., Room Parents, Thursday Crew, Just Because You're Needed in Some Way Vols... Thank you, in advanced, for all of the ways you will serve unselfishly in support of the students, staff, teachers, and parents of our wonderful school - we couldn't do what we do without all of you!
Proud to Serve,
